This will help you to get the most benefit from the inspection and gain the most understanding of the systems that make up your home, and how to maintain them. However, should you not be able to attend, the report format is easy to read and straight forward. The inspector will note positive features as well as problem areas, to give the report reader a good feel for the home they are considering purchasing.
