ABI is family owned and operated since 1986. Our inspectors are members of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). ASHI requires their members to complete two exams, and 250 fee paid inspections, and receive 20 credit hours of continuing education each year! This is the most stringent requirements in the business. Our inspectors have conducted a minimum of 500 fee paid inspections, prior to inspecting your home. ABI is a members of the International Residential Code Council (IRC), the governing body for new construction, the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), the South Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors (SCASHI), and the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). We are state licensed as well as members in good standing of the SC chapter of the Better Business Bureau.
